Obchodné podmienky
1. Úvodné ustanovenia
Tieto všeobecné obchodné podmienky (ďalej len „VOP”) upravujú práva a povinnosti zmluvných strán z kúpnej zmluvy uzatvorenej medzi predávajúcim a kupujúcim prostredníctvom internetového obchodu na stránke www.ecstaticfriends.com.

2. Objednávka a uzatvorenie zmluvy
Kupujúci objednáva tovar prostredníctvom elektronickej objednávky. Odoslaním objednávky kupujúci potvrdzuje, že sa oboznámil s týmito VOP a súhlasí s nimi. Kúpna zmluva vzniká odoslaním objednávky kupujúcim a jej prijatím predávajúcim, o čom predávajúci informuje kupujúceho e-mailom.
3. Ceny a platobné podmienky
Všetky ceny sú konečné a uvedené v eurách (€). Za tovar možno zaplatiť platobnou kartou (Visa, Mastercard) alebo inou online metódou uvedenou v košíku. Tovar zostáva majetkom predávajúceho až do úplného zaplatenia kúpnej ceny.
4. Dodacie podmienky a doprava
Predávajúci odosiela tovar do celého sveta (worldwide). Cena dopravy sa kupujúcemu zobrazuje v košíku a v pokladni pred dokončením objednávky a závisí od miesta dodania. Prípadné clá, dane alebo poplatky pri dovoze mimo EÚ hradí kupujúci.
5. Odstúpenie od zmluvy
Väčšina tovaru je vyrábaná na objednávku a na mieru podľa požiadaviek kupujúceho. Pri tovare zhotovenom podľa osobitných požiadaviek alebo tovare vyrobenom na mieru nie je v zmysle platných právnych predpisov možné odstúpiť od zmluvy. 6. Reklamácie a záruka
Na tovar sa vzťahuje zákonná záručná doba. Postup pri reklamácii je upravený v dokumente Zásady vrátenia peňazí a reklamácií.
7. Ochrana osobných údajov
Spracúvanie osobných údajov sa riadi dokumentom Zásady ochrany osobných údajov.
8. Alternatívne riešenie sporov
Kupujúci má právo obrátiť sa na predávajúceho so žiadosťou o nápravu, ak nie je spokojný s vybavením reklamácie, a tiež právo podať návrh na alternatívne riešenie sporu príslušnému subjektu alebo cez platformu RSO Európskej komisie.
9. Záverečné ustanovenia
Tieto VOP nadobúdajú platnosť dňom zverejnenia. Predávajúci si vyhradzuje právo VOP kedykoľvek zmeniť. Vzťahy neupravené týmito VOP sa riadia právnymi predpismi Slovenskej republiky.

Terms and Conditions
1. Introductory provisions
These general terms and conditions (the “Terms”) govern the rights and obligations of the parties arising from the purchase agreement concluded between the seller and the buyer via the online store at www.ecstaticfriends.com.

2. Orders and conclusion of contract
The buyer orders goods via an electronic order. By submitting the order the buyer confirms they have read and agree to these Terms. The purchase agreement is formed when the buyer submits the order and the seller accepts it, which the seller confirms to the buyer by e-mail.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are final and stated in euros (€). Goods can be paid for by payment card (Visa, Mastercard) or another online method shown in the cart. The goods remain the property of the seller until the purchase price is paid in full.
4. Delivery and shipping
The seller ships worldwide. The shipping cost is shown to the buyer in the cart and at checkout before completing the order and depends on the delivery destination. Any customs duties, taxes or fees for imports outside the EU are borne by the buyer.
5. Withdrawal from the contract
Most goods are made to order and customised to the buyer’s requirements. For goods made to specific requirements or custom-made goods, the right to withdraw from the contract does not apply under applicable law. Details on complaints and returns are set out in the Refund and Complaints Policy.
6. Complaints and warranty
The goods are covered by the statutory warranty period. The complaint procedure is described in the Refund and Complaints Policy.
7. Personal data protection
The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy.
8. Alternative dispute resolution
The buyer has the right to contact the seller with a request for redress if not satisfied with the handling of a complaint, and also the right to submit a proposal for alternative dispute resolution to the competent body or via the European Commission’s ODR platform.
9. Final provisions
These Terms take effect on the date of publication. The seller reserves the right to amend the Terms at any time. Matters not governed by these Terms are subject to the laws of the Slovak Republic.
